All booking made through Vistora Travel and Guide is subject to availability and confirmed only after receiving full payment and minimum registration fees. A booking confirmation will be send via email once the payment is processed.
Prices for travel services, including flight, accommodation, tour, are subject to change due to market fluctuations, availability, or exchange rates. Vistora Travel and Guide reserve the right to adjust the prices before booking confirmation.
Full payment or minimum amount is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds may be processed according to the cancellation policy of the service provider (airlines, hotel, etc.). Vistora Travel and Guide may charge a cancellation fee in addition to any charges imposed by third-party providers.
Any request to change or modify a booking must be submitted in writing .Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from both Vistora Travel and Guide and third-party service providers.
It is the responsibility of traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents (e.g. passport, visa, etc.). Vistora Travel and Guide is not liable for any issuer travel disruption resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation.
Vistora Travel And Guide acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)and is not responsible for any injury, loss and damage caused by third parties. we do not accept any liability for any unforeseen changes to itineraries due to weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies or lost luggage. Vistora Travel and Guide is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to be aware of travel advisories or restriction in their destinations. Vistora Travel and Guide is not liable for any disruption caused by any governmental regulations or travel warnings.
Visa Approval is strictly subject to immigration solely. If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then we will not be liable for flight cancellation. Visa cannot be cleared once rejected by immigration and amount is not non-refundable.
In case of overstay for international destination, penalty of USD will be imposed and must be payable by Customer/Agent.
In case passenger involved in any illegal activities, all the fines and penalties must be payable by the passenger.
Vistora Travel And Guide may add ,change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other content posted on this site temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice or without liability.
